May We Remember
When the game of forgetfulness disrupts your assignments, I pray your angels help you remember.
I pray we remember.
We’ve lived many lives before this one and although we have chosen to forget, our soul cannot. So, for the things in life that feel hard, the lessons we can’t seem to learn or unlearn, may we call on the parts of ourselves that still remember.
I pray we remember the ashes. Like a fire, our passions burn fiercely within, but sometimes life can extinguish them. When true to our hearts, passion’s essence remains in its ashes, and just like the phoenix, our love can arise again.
I pray we slow down long enough to notice the trees that have lost their leaves and the flowers that died overnight. The Earth is asking us to reevaluate what has been working and release what has not.
I pray we remember that sharing our gifts is a vulnerable act of service and devotion to ourselves. May we reconnect to the versions of us that are not afraid, may we heed and integrate their wisdom as we answer our life’s calling.
For those who are relentlessly asking for change, I pray you allow yourself to be unrecognizable.
Think about the stories you tell. The ones that keep you trapped and bound in a former identity. May you remember that some asks require change at a cellular level. When you’re ready, give yourself permission to let go.
I pray we honor the detours. May we remember that with faith, what we think is lost can be found. As we surrender to the mystery of the unknown, I pray we recognize the breadcrumbs, big or small, that are leading us toward our rightful path.
When the game of forgetfulness disrupts your assignments, I pray your angels help you remember.
Finding our way through the grief of injustice can leave us feeling exhausted and helpless. In this guided meditation, by using earth and universal energies, we create a warm and welcoming space where you can rest and reclaim your energy.
Here we bring awareness to our own thoughts, our grief, and the wisdom they have to share.
In taking steps to discover our truth, we can make impactful decisions that support us as we support our community.
(Please note that this energy work…take what resonates and throw away what doesn't.)

(Thank you to everyone who patiently waits for the okay to book with me.)
Life gets busy, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have work to do. I am intentionally creating room for more 1-1 Sessions and group events starting with office hours on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. It is my hope that this commitment will help create more accountability and stability for all of us as we grow together.
With Love and Gentleness,
